What pets say about our shop
Partnering with this manufacturer has been a game-changer for our premium supplement line. In the US market, efficacy means nothing if pets refuse to eat it, but their formulation team nailed the flavor profile—our canine hip & joint chews have a 95%+ acceptance rate in initial panels. More importantly, their facilities are immaculate, fully compliant, and their QA/QC documentation made our third-party auditing process incredibly smooth. They don’t just manufacture; they protect our brand reputation.
We’ve been sourcing our private label cat multi-vitamin pastes and powders from them for over two years now. When doing large-scale retail in Europe, supply chain disruptions are fatal. This team has consistently maintained a 100% on-time delivery rate, even during peak shipping seasons. The minimalist, modern packaging design they helped us finalize looks stunning on the shelves and completely aligns with European consumer aesthetics. Excellent English communication and incredibly proactive problem-solving.
What I love about this product is how it turns a boring ‘daily medical task’ into a ‘reward moment.’ By molding supplements into high-quality freeze-dried bites, they’ve solved the biggest headache in the pet industry: palatability. It doesn’t look or smell like a medicine; it looks like a premium treat. Our social media engagement skyrocketed because the visuals are so unique—it fits the ‘minimalist, health-conscious’ lifestyle that’s currently trending.
